Party Parents & Guests

Thank you for choosing Florida GymMasters Gymnastics for your child's party.  We would like to go over some rules and policies of Florida GymMasters Gymnastics Center that will keep your party a positive experience for you, your guests and also us!

 

Party Rules and Policies:

1.      Please make sure that each of the children you invite is provided with a Waiver and Consent Form.  This form must be signed by the guests' parents/guardians and turned in the day of the party in order for them to participate.  It is YOUR RESPONSIBILTIY to make sure all consent forms are signed.  ALSO, please help the birthday party staff person in collection of these forms.

2.      The party child and all guests must be at least age 3 turning 4.

3.      At NO TIME are ADULTS ALLOWED IN THE GYM.   UNLESS, the instructor asks for parental help.  If the instructor ALLOWS parents into the gym, please make sure ALL SHOES are OFF before entering the gym.   ALSO, ADULTS ARE NEVER ALLOWED ON THE EQUIPMENT AND PLEASE NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE GYM.  THE GYM HAS A LARGE AMOUNT OF MATTING AND SOFT AREAS, HOWEVER; THERE ARE A LOT OF UNEVEN SURFACES — SO PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP !  Parents of the party child will be allowed into the gym to take pictures / video, please see coach for SAFETY instructions.  Parents are WELCOME to watch from the lobby.

4.      No food or drinks are allowed in the gym.  It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and ours to be observant of these situations.

5.      A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required.

6.      Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not permitted on the premises.

7.      NO GLASS OF ANY KIND is allowed in the building.

8.      Please listen and follow all directions given by the instructor(s).

9.      Pinatas are not allowed at the party.

10.  Parties start and end promptly.  There is a $15.00 fee for each 15 minutes that the party runs over.

11.  Party host may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to party start time.
